Resident Satisfaction Surveys & Contractor Meetings

We are looking for Poplar HARCA residents to carry out Resident Satisfaction Surveys over the telephone and meet our Contractors at a Performance Monitoring Meeting.

 

Resident Satisfaction Surveys (via telephone)
These surveys are carried out when residents have had repairs work done in their home by one of our contractors, it is to see if they are satisfied with the work that has been done.

When: 2 hours everyone month, 9am-5pm, Monday – Friday
Where: Quebec Wharf – with the Repairs Team, 14 Thomas Road, E14 7AF

 

Contractor Performance Monitoring meetings
You attend a meeting to feedback information from the surveys directly to the people who need to hear it… the contractors! This is a small meeting

When: 1 hour every 4 months
Where: Quebec Wharf – with the Repairs Team, 14 Thomas Road, E14 7AF
