Thames Water directly billing residents
From the 01 April 2019, Thames Water will be collecting water charges directly from the majority of our residents, if applicable the water charge will be removed from your rent account.
We understand that Thames Water has ended similar contracts with other housing associations, this decision was taken by Thames Water. We would have been quite happy to continue with the current arrangements.
We have publicised this change using social media, on our website and our resident newsletter. We will be writing to all tenants in the next few weeks advising about the new financial year’s rent and other charges, and this includes the same information as Thames Water has already written to you about.
