Wingz disability inclusive cycling sessions

Local community club Poplar BMX have launched their ‘Wingz’ disability-inclusive cycling sessions with the help of the charity Access Sport.

The sessions run from 10:00am to 11:00am on Saturdays, taking place at the Poplar BMX track (E14 6TQ) next to Langdon Park DLR station.

This session is for any young person with a disability, impairment or additional need, who is willing to attempt two wheeled cycling. There are quality coaches leading the session, and each participant is allowed to progress at their own individual speed. Come down to the track and give it a go… the first session is free!
